Jimmie Yale Soon

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jimmie Soon.

Predeceased by the love of his life Alice and his son Kenny. Survived by daughters Lily Radelja (John), Sandra Soon-Flahr (Rod), Cindy Akenclose and Cheryl Tait (Jeff).

The constant joys of his life were his grandchildren, Sheena, Amber, Tyler, Whitney (Matt), Garrett (Kaitlyn), Maxine and great grandchildren, Raya, Nolan and Milo.

We would like to thank the wonderful 2nd floor staff at Kiwanis Lodge for all the care and compassion they gave to our dad.

There will be no funeral service per Jimmie’s request but his family will host a Celebration of Life on Saturday February 28, 2026 from 1-3 pm at the Golden Inn Restaurant on Victoria Avenue.
